This is the formal release of the Common Hull Auxiliary Multi-Mission Platform (CHAMP) Industry Studies unrestricted solicitation N00024-18-R-2236. Please see attachments for details.
The Circular of Requirements (COR) (attachment J-1) will need to be requested by Contractors as it is not being made available on FBO. To receive the COR, Offerors shall email Ms. Samantha Rye at Samantha.rye@navy.mil and Ms. Christina Zimmer at Christina.zimmer@navy.mil. The email shall include the Offeror's company name, full name of the POC, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, and the following acknowledgement statement: "I acknowledge that the CHAMP Circular of Requirements is authorized for use in proposal preparation and subsequent contract performance and shall not be disseminated beyond current or planned subcontractors without prior approval from PMS385. I will observe the distribution, export-control, and destruction requirements listed on the COR." A CD containing the COR will be overnighted to the address provided.
