This is a SOURCES SOUGHT announcement. The Government is seeking feedback from industry on a new evaluation criteria process for SAFETY. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Huntsville Center (CEHNC) considers SAFETY its number one priority. As such, in an effort to improve the quality of SAFETY on our projects, Huntsville Center will place a higher emphasis on SAFETY during the source selection phase of contractors. New SAFETY evaluation criteria will be included in all future Huntsville Center Request for Proposals (RFPs). The intent is to evaluate the prime contractors' SAFETY program and record. In addition, we plan on including SAFETY criteria for all subcontractors for all Task Order Awards.
