RFI - Enterprise Supply Chain Analysis, Planning & Execution (ESCAPE)
The United States Air Force Business and Enterprise Systems (BES), Directorate, Enterprise Application & Integration (EA&I) Division, Defense Business System (DBS) Development Planning (DP) Branch (AFLCMC/HIQD) at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH is conducting market research in support of the HQ AFMC/A4N ESCAPE (Enterprise Supply Chain Analysis, Planning & Execution) initiative. This market research will assist in identifying Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) software products that will inform an Analysis of Alternatives (AoA) study with components of possible courses of action to acquire and field ESCAPE. The AF is releasing this RFI to broaden its awareness of commercial Supply Chain Planning software vendors and information system solutions capable of delivering improvement in performance of current AF Supply Chain Planning capabilities.
