The University is seeking a compensation software package that will assist in developing and implementing a job classification system for all salaried, non-faculty employees (approximately 300). The job classification system will include salary-range structures for existing (approximately 210) and new positions. The University desires a software program that can be easily administered on an on-going basis by University HR staff. The ability to integrate with CUPA HR salary survey is a desired but not required feature of the compensation software.
