RFI Regarding Consulting Services
The Illinois Department of Revenue (the Department or Revenue) is contemplating issuing an RFP for consulting services related to a comprehensive review of the security and integrity of its lottery operations, including fraud prevention, segregation of duties, distribution controls, systems security and vendor oversight.
This RFI has been prepared to assist the Department in fully understanding the number of possible venders and the various specialized consulting services that are available in the marketplace prior to initiating the procurement process.
If your organization: (1) currently markets consulting services which satisfy the States requirements as briefly outlined in this RFI and (2) is willing to demonstrate your knowledge and experience if requested by the State, then please submit your response to this RFI by February 1, 2008.
