RFI for capabilities of vendor to provide grouping data information
This Request for Information (RFI) is issued by the Department of Health and Hospitals, Office of the Secretary, Bureau of Policy Research and Program Development for the purpose of gathering information and costs from qualified companies which can show a demonstrated capacity to provide a comprehensive software package that allows the end user to not only categorize patients into similar disease strata, but also, stratify each patient into particular risk and severity groups.
The Department welcomes all responses to this RFI which will be utilized to learn of potential interest, applications available and the estimated cost of contracting for these services.
