RFI: Information on costs to provide diagnostic assessments
The Department is seeking information on diagnostic
assessments for administration to all tenth grade students in reading, writing, mathematics, and science in
2010. The long term vision is for an aligned assessment system at grade 8, grade 9, and grade 10;
however, this request is to obtain exact costs for assessments in reading, writing, mathematics, and
science to be administered in 2010.
The scope of work requires the potential vendor to (1) provide, distribute, and collect all test materials,
(2) provide test administration manuals and materials processing information for school and district staff,
(3) score the tests and provide student, classroom, school, district and state reports, and (6) provide
interpretative guides for reports and a technical report with appropriate documentation.
