RFI: Enterprise Voice Mail System
This Request for Information (RFI) has been prepared in order to collect information, develop a budget and
timetable for implementing a campus wide voice mail system to replace an existing Octel Aria 350.
This RFI covers any surveys, installation, training, and configuration requirements required for a full
implementation on the UNCG network.
The University of North Carolina at Greensboro is a public, coeducational, doctoral- granting, residential university
chartered in 1891. It is one of the three original institutions of The University of North Carolina System.
UNCG has over 70 buildings, over 2,000 faculty and staff and over 17,000 students. UNCG currently has over
3,300 Centrex lines provided by AT&T. The current voice mail system has over 2,900 mail boxes.
