RFI: Document Reproduction Equipment and Services
The objective of this Request for Information (RFI) is to survey the equipment and technology available to provide the University campuses with a single unified document handling and cost recovery system. Primary drivers behind this project include the need to offer students, faculty, staff, and visitors a uniform and simple to use document reproduction interface and to expand the availability of document scanning, faxing, and remote printing to all areas within the University.
