The SP shall design and install a connection from a point in their network to the City
Hall Tower. The connection shall terminate in the Main Telecommunications Room
(MTR) where the head-end equipment for the DAS resides. The connection shall be
capable of supporting all subscribers that may reside in the three building structures. In
order for the SP to perform channel planning to match the capacity of the system with
the subscriber base, more information regarding the facility will be needed by the City.
