RFI: Alameda County Dispute Resolution Program
The intent of this Request for Interest (RFI) is to search for qualified vendors who can provide Alternative Dispute Resolution Services as defined by the Dispute Resolution Programs Act of 1986, to the residents of Alameda County. The Act is described in California Business and Professions Code (CB&P) beginning with Section 465 and Regulations are described in California Code of Regulations (CCR), Title 16, Chapter 36, beginning with Section 3600.
