RETIREMENT PLAN CONSULTING SERVICES
The intent of this Request for Proposal and resulting contract is to obtain firm fixed price proposals for the provision of retirement plan consulting services as detailed in Section 4.0, Scope of Services. The primary focus will be to provide an analysis of the existing Deferred Compensation Plan in comparison with industry benchmarks, recommendations, preparation, and the issuance of a Request for Proposal (RFP) to secure record keeping and administrative services to include but not limited to participant education, enrollment and investment counseling for Loudoun Countys Deferred Compensation Program. In addition, Loudoun County intends to perform the same review process for the Volunteer Fire/Rescue Length of Service Awards Program (LOSAP). The successful offeror(s) shall assist Loudoun County with the evaluation of vendor responses and provide periodic consulting services as needed by Loudoun County for the duration of this contract.
Firms may submit proposals to provide consulting services on both plans or only one plan. The County reserves the right to award the consulting services in whole or in part, whichever is most advantageous to the County.
