The Government proposes to acquire, on a five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, a minimum quantity of 110 each up to 690 each (maximum) of a RETAINER, ROLLER, BEA; NSN: 3110-01-170-2911; Part Number: 6035T26P02 applicable to the UH-60 TURBINE ENGINE (T-700) (BE). Production Lead Time without First Article Testing is 120 Days After Receipt of Order (DARO). Production Lead Time with First Article Testing is 180 DARO with deliveries to DODAAC W25G1U for NEW CUMBERLAND, PA 17070-5002.


This item is restricted to GE AVIATION (CAGE CODE: 99207), BERKSHIRE INDUSTRTIES, INC. (CAGE CODE: 07039), DYNATECH INDUSTRIES, LLC (CAGE CODE: 63172) and UNION MACHINE COMPANY OF LYNN, INC. (CAGE CODE: 51992).


This part required engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source(s) require acquisition of the part from the approved source(s).


All offers' must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website amcomdmz.redstone.army.mil/casl_cmo/casldba.casl_cmo_samsar and looking under Standardized Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.
