RESOLICITATION JANITORIAL, SAWTOOTH NRA, KECHUM, ID
The Southwest Idaho and Nevada Acquisition Center anticipates awarding one contract with option years for janitorial services at the Sawtooth National Recreation Area Headquarters near Ketchum, Idaho.
The Contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to ensure that janitorial services performed at the Sawtooth National Recreation Area Headquarters, are in a manner that will maintain a satisfactory facility condition and present a clean, neat, and professional appearance. Exact work days will be determined after award of contract with COR for each facility unless otherwise noted. The anticipated period of performance for the base year will be April 1, 2015 through September 30, 2015. The period of performance for the option years, if exercised, will be October 1 through September 30.
