RESIDENTIAL SOUND INSULATION PROGRAM
The Contractor shall provide professional services for the continuation of the existing Residential Sound Insulation Program (RSIP) to reduce the impact of airport-related noise on residents. Services shall include Program management, project management, construction management, acoustical analysis, architectural and engineering design services, construction bid document preparation, and public outreach. The initial agreement will be for Bid Pack 13. Additional Bid Packs may be added by amendment through the completion of the RSIP (approx. 240 +/- 15% tax parcels).
