Centre City Development Corporation (CCDC), an equal opportunity contractor, is seeking qualified firms to prepare a Parks, Open Space and Recreation Master Plan (Master Plan) for downtown San Diego. The Master Plans purpose is to provide guidance to the CCDC Board, City Council, Redevelopment Agency, staff, various advisory committees and the general public on the actions necessary to carry out the intent of the Downtown Community Plan for parks, open space and recreational opportunities.
