REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR INDEFINITE DELIVERY, INDEFINITE QUANTITY SURVEYING SERVICES

The Housing Authority of the City of Lakeland (also known as the Lakeland Housing
Authority or LHA) acting for itself and/or for its various instrumentalities and affiliates is
requesting qualifications from professional land surveying firms to provide indefinite
delivery, indefinite quantity of surveying services to assist with its public housing Capital
Fund and Affordable Housing programs. Services needed may include: boundary,
topographic, wetlands, platting, and environmental surveys along with the plotting,
recording, and CADD files sufficient to cover all such work.
