"The purpose and objective of this RFP is to acquire and implement a Monitoring/Alerting Tool Solution for Millennium Information System with alerting and notification functionality. Such a Solution should address the requirements to keep the system in stable condition and allow proactively monitoring and acting on issue to prevent /minimize the unnecessary downtime of system with impact on patient care and patient experience.
