REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS - DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES
The City is seeking
proposals from qualified entities for the purchase of an approximately 6.18 acre site. The vacant property is located in the
City of Detroit. The intent of this Request for Proposal is to retain an experienced and qualified
Developer who has the potential and financial capacity to purchase the former site. For
this site, the City envisions various uses including commercial, institutional, mixed use, or senior
residential community (independent or assisted living) on the 6.18 acre site.
