DMPED, through this RFP, intends to identify one (1) Offeror with whom to enter into negotiations for the disposition/lease and development of the site. The District has a strong preference to enter into a long-term ground lease with the Offeror.
Highly-qualified development teams with experience in planning, financing, building, and operating small to medium scale mixed-use, commercial, hotel, residential, or retail use development projects and experience in working with community stakeholders are strongly encouraged to respond to this RFP.
