The Illinois Department of Human Services Division of Mental Health (IDHS/DMH), hereafter referred to as Division, is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) funded by the Title XX Donated Funds Initiative (DFI) with the intent to expand outcome-based programs as follows:
Employment services
Mental health prevention and education services
Encourage integration of primary care/behavioral health services
Launch peer support/mentoring programs
Improve rural behavioral healthcare access
Fund innovative Clubhouse/Drop-in-Centers that provide a comfortable, safe environment where persons can receive support and advocacy for their basic needs.
