REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT CONDUCTED BY NEW ORLEANS REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY (NORA) IN THE ST. BERNARD AVENUE AREA
NORA is seeking proposals from entities - including individuals, small and
large developers, both for-profits and non-profits, and community development
corporations - interested in purchasing properties and supporting redevelopment
activities in the St. Bernard area neighborhood of New Orleans. For the purpose
of this RFP, the St Bernard area is the area bounded by Paris Avenue, Harrison
Avenue, Wisner Boulevard and the I-610.
