The University is soliciting competitive proposals to establish contracts for a learning management system (LMS) to automate the administration, registration, tracking, and reporting of 1) Classroom Training; 2) Online Training and delivery; 3) Conference management; 4) Certificate
Programs Management; and 5) Accounting functions, thus, providing a system for the management and delivery of training at the University and enabling detailed analysis of the effectiveness of that training.
