REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR HUMAN RESOURCE TRAINING
Alliance is currently accepting written proposals for the provision of human resource training which will include staff leadership; EEO compliance and other on demand training; client/business outreach projects; a pay and classification study and organizational strategic planning. Familiarity with the Carver Model of governance is preferred from those who submit a proposal in response to this solicitation. Alliance may request additional HR services on an as needed basis.
