REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR FINANCIAL SOFTWARE
The Town is seeking qualified software vendors to submit proposals to provide financial software to be used by both the Municipal Government and School District. The maximum number of concurrent users would be 10. The successful proposer shall provide installation services and staff training. Ideally, the successful proposer will provide data conversion from the Town’s current financial software (Business Management Systems, Inc .) to the Town’s new financial software. Proposers shall bid with a comprehensive software package that covers each of the mandatory modules listed below. Proposers may include prices for non-mandatory modules. Said prices may be submitted separate and distinct from the proposals of the mandatory module package. The Town has listed some non-mandatory modules below that it is interested in.
