REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SERVICES
This Request for Proposals (RFP) is to invite proposals from General Contractors and Construction Managers
(CM, hereafter) to work closely with the Owner and Architect in a comprehensive Team effort in the construction
of a new animal shelter for Ionia County. Basic services and responsibilities of the CM will include overall
coordination and management of construction in order to meet specific schedule and cost parameters that have
been established for the project.
