The State seeks to purchase a highly effective, accessible and interactive Learning Content Delivery
System (LCDS) Web-Based Learning Portal that provides real-time training and resource support using
the latest technology. This system will be utilized by over 500 full time, part time, contract and vendor
staff throughout the state of Tennessee as a centralized location to access consistent, comprehensive
and efficient early intervention training and resource information. Parents, community partners and local
education agencies will also have access to the system as a mechanism for public awareness and
community partnership.
