REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR DEVELOPMENT OF THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1193 - 1233 EAST WILMINGTON AVENUE
The Redevelopment Agency of Salt Lake City is issuing a Request for Proposals on its Wilmington Avenue property (Property) which is situated in the Sugar House Business District and the Sugar House Neighborhood Development Project Area of Salt Lake City. The Property is located on Wilmington Avenue between Highland Drive and 1300 East. The Agency is requesting proposals from qualified developer(s) to purchase the Property and to design and construct (through new construction) a commercial, residential, or mixed-use project on the site. The Property will be offered for sale to the successful developer, subject to the development restrictions set forth herein as well as City and Agency Board of Directors approval. Submissions must be received in the Agencys offices by 4:00 p.m., Thursday, January 7, 2010. Questions concerning this Request for Proposals shall be directed to Valda Tarbet in writing or by email.
