REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS AUDIT SERVICES
The Partnership will accept proposals from accounting firms for the preparation of the audit of the financial records for the year ending June 30, 2010. Contract renewal is negotiable for single year terms. See Request For Proposal for minimum specifications of services, data to be included in the proposal, evaluation criteria, and selected information relating to the entity to be audited. Copies of this RFP can be downloaded from the Middle Kentucky website at (www.mkcap.org). Questions should be addressed to Patricia C. Lutes, Chief Financial Officer at (606) 666-2452. To be considered for contract award, a sealed copy of each proposal must be marked "Audit Proposal-Do Not Open" and must received be at the office of Darrell R. Shouse, Executive Director, 1137 Main Street, Suite 106, Jackson, KY 41339 no later than 4:30 PM on Thursday, February 4, 2010. Proposals received after the time and date prescribed will not be considered.
