The County of Wayne is requesting proposals for the purpose of operating a Care Management
Organization (CMO) for the supervision and treatment of at-risk and adjudicated juveniles. A CMO is the lead
agency for a defined service delivery area and is responsible for development of a locally organized system of
services and resources, which includes community-based and out-of-home service resources.
