The Regional Planning District is seeking the services of a Planner and/or Architect to assist with public outreach participation, create a concept plan (similar to the ones found in the June 2009 South Coast Rail Corridor Plan) for the Fall River Battleship Cove Station Area and provide
zoning bylaw assistance. Technical Assistance for this project is funded through the
South Coast Rail project and was requested by the City of Fall River. The station area is
also considered a Priority Development Area identified in the South Coast Rail Corridor
Plan
