The organization has released the Request for Proposal (RFP) regarding a replacement for its current accreditation database. The Commission desires to replace the existing database with an integrated system that incorporates workflow, data management and customer relationship management. The system will support the Commission's existing processes but be flexible enough to support emerging models with minimal changes. The ideal solution will address the majority of requirements as part of the standard installation with minimal customization.
