REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR Water Use Efficiency Master Plan
Through the development of the Water Use Efficiency Master Plan, the City hopes to design and implement water conservation programs and projects that provide sustainable water savings. The City realizes that meeting the coverage requirements of the BMPs for Urban Water Conservation is an important step in our efforts to conserve water. However, the focus of the Master Plan should not be limited to the goal of simply meeting the BMP requirements.
