The Buffalo Niagara Human Resource Association (BNHRA) is pleased to announce the Request for
Proposal (RFP) for the BNHRA market research and marketing plan project.

The Buffalo Niagara Human Resource Association is seeking the services of a marketing firm (the Firm) to assist in the achievement of the goal, When people in WNY think Human Resources, they think BNHRA through professional services during 2006, commencing in April.

A copy of the RFP may be obtained through our internet site at www.bnhra.org free of charge until
May 1, 2006.

Included in the RFP for your information is a description of our organization, our marketing goal and
