Durhams Partnership for Children, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the Partnership) is
soliciting proposals to establish a contract through competitive negotiations. The purpose of this
contract is to acquire the services of a qualified contractor, (hereinafter referred to as the
Contractor) to assess fundraising capacity for a Partnership endowment.
