REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR CITY MANAGER RECRUITMENT
The City is looking for a highly qualified consulting firm to conduct recruitment and to develop a
selection process that will be a solid predictor of job success in appointing the best candidate for the position of City Manager. This recruitment will be both open and promotional. The goal of the recruitment will be to have an appointment made before December 2010.
