REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL Audit of Arabic Websites
The Center for International Private Enterprise (CIPE) is seeking proposals from contractors to audit its
two (2) Arabic websites www.cipe‐arabia.org and www.hawkama.net in terms of information
architecture, content distribution and delivery, and site differentiation. The goals of the audit are to:
Assess information architecture and propose recommendations for optimization of end‐user
engagement
Review information distribution and delivery and propose recommendations for traffic
enhancements
Evaluate site differentiation and propose recommendations for improvements
