REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) EXECUTIVE SEARCH FIRM
You are invited to submit a proposal for engagement as the Executive Search Consultant to satisfy the
hiring of a President & CEO for the Toronto Port Authority.
The Executive Search Consultant (Consultant) is expected to seek out and provide ten (10) suitable
candidates to the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors anticipates being actively involved in the
process, participating in the short-listing of candidates, conducting preliminary / secondary interviews,
carrying out negotiations and presenting the offer of employment along with other key activities.
