REQUEST FOR PREQUALIFICATION PROPOSALS ARCHITECTURAL / ENGINEERING SERVICES
The Town of Bridgewater and the Municipality of the District of Lunenburg, invite architectural / engineering consultant proponents to submit proposals showing qualifications to project manage, design, and provide services during construction for the Lunenburg County Lifestyle Center (LCLC) to be located in Bridgewater, Nova Scotia.
The facility will consist of ice rinks, aquatic center, library and multi-purpose rooms complete with site development, using state of the art energy efficiency features and sustainable building practices. Consultants with experience in the development of such facilities are asked to submit information on:
Relevant experience in project management, pre design and detail design, cost estimating and architectural / engineering services during construction.
Name and expertise of key technical personnel who would be involved in the project.
List of references from completed similar projects.
Brief outline of the proponents approach.
The intent is to select and invite a short list of qualified consultants to submit detail proposals.
