The purpose of this Request for Offer is to seek competent and qualified contractors to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, insurance, notifications, license, permits, fees and supervision necessary to provide Landscape and Grounds Maintenance Service at the Terminal Radar Approach Control (TRACON) in Denver, CO, in accordance with the specifications, contract clauses, terms, conditions and wage rates.
There is No Set Aside. This is Full and Open Competition. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 561730, Landscape and Seasonal Services
Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and certified 8(a) contractors are encouraged to submit a request for this project.
NOTICE for informational purposes for Minority, Women-owned and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises: The Department of Transportation (DOT), Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU), has a program to assist small businesses, small businesses owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals, and women-owned concerns to acquire short-term working capital assistance for transportation-related contracts.
