The purpose of this Request for Offer is to seek competent and qualified contractors to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, insurance, notifications, license, permits, fees and supervision necessary to provide Janitorial Services at Kotzebue FSS, Tech. Ops. Building # 301 and Transient Quarters in Alaska, in accordance with the specifications, contract clauses, terms, conditions and wage rates.
Kotzebue is a remote location.
