The intent of this sources sought synopsis is to identify qualified sources for a firm-fixed contract. The purpose of the contract is to provide courses across the NAVFAC enterprise in different specializations to enhance expertise and provide new skill sets.
A full statement of work is attached.
Upon review of the industry response to this Sources Sought Synopsis, the Government will determine the best acquisition strategy, including whether a small business set aside is in the Governmentbs best interest.
A response to this sources sought synopsis will not be considered an adequate response to any forth coming solicitation announcement. However, information gathered through this Market Research/RFI may significantly influence request for quote/request for proposal development. A response to this sources sought synopsis will not result in your firmbs name being added to a plan holderbs list to receive a copy of a solicitation. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 611430, Professional and Management Development Training, with a size standard of $11.0 million.
There is no solicitation available at this time.
Submission Requirements: Interested firms must submit a brief capabilities statement package (no more than ten (10) pages in length, single-spaced, using 12-point Times New Roman font with one inch margins on standard 8 B= by 11-inch paper demonstrating ability to perform the requested services.)
This documentation shall address the following:
(1) Firm capabilities to fulfill the requirement as specified
(2) Firm basic information including:
a. DUNS number
b. Cage Code
c. If a small business concern under the applicable NAICS, please also provide information of which, if any, of the subcategories of small business (certified by SBA as HUBZone SB, self-certify as a SDB, WOSB, VOSB, and/or SDVOSB) you qualify
(3) Contracts for similar/related work including:
a. Contract number
b. Government/agency point of contact affiliated with the work
c. Whether your firm acted as prime or a subcontractor
Company sales brochures or marketing packages will not be considered.
The preferred electronic format of documents is Microsoft Word or Adobe Acrobat.
Answers to questions about this RFI will be made available to all responders.
