This amendment is issued to answer seven (7) Questions received from one vendor, which may be helpful when responding to this RFI:

Q1: Are these courses and seminars that the Subject Matter Expert (SME) will present already developed? Or will the SME/Respondent develop the courses and seminars:
A1: Yes, courses are already developed. Development will depend on regulation changes, FTA guidelines, as well as yearly updates, if necessary, as stated in the Statement of Work paragraph C.3.4.

Q2: Is the solicitation seeking a single SME? Or a team of individuals?
A2: Either a single individual or team as long as the individual meets the specific area of expertise for a particular course and the general expertise.

Q3: How many courses is the SME/firm required to present and develop? Is there an expected timeframe over which each course will be developed?
A3: The required courses and estimated deliveries are listed in the Statement of Work in paragraph C.3.1; Development/revision will depend on regulation changes, FTA guidelines, as well as yearly updates, if necessary, as stated in the Statement of Work at paragraph C.3.4. the amount and technical difficulty of the changes will determine how long revisions will take to complete.

Q4: In what location will the SME/Respondent provide the training/seminar support?
A4: Training courses are delivered at transit facilities throughout the United States, and occasionally internationally.

Q5: Does the Government expect Respondents to supply rough orders of magnitude? If so, can the Government specify under which section of the response the Respondent should provide this information? Can the government specify what rough order of magnitude?
A5: No ROM is required.

Q6: Will a cover page and cover letter count against the 6 page limit?
A6: No.

Q7: Can text in graphics and call out boxes be smaller than 12 pt. font?
A7: Yes.
