The purpose of this RFI is to gather sufficient information to determine whether it is in the best
interest of the State of New Mexico to extend the existing Save Smart New Mexico (SSNM)
contract(s) or to conduct a new procurement for subject goods or services. We recognize the
importance of stakeholders input and that diverse insights are critical for fair and proper decision
making. All stakeholders are encouraged to respond whether or not you intend to respond to any
RFP that may be issued. Comments from the public at large are also invited.
We may follow-up the receipt of written responses with a meeting(s) to solicit additional
