REPROCESSOR
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Department of Veterans Affairs, C.W. Bill Young VA Healthcare System, Contracting Office, Bay Pines, FL. 33733 has a need to purchase a OER-PRO Olympus Reprocessor, brand name or equal. The RFQ # is VA248-17-Q-0547.
This combined synopsis solicitation RFQ and the provisions and clauses incorporated are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95 (01-19-2017).
The combined synopsis solicitation is: 100% Set-Aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned https://vaww.aams.ecms.va.gov/AAMS_Production/Desktop/DTNavTree.aspxSmall Business (SDVOSB) and Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB). Preference may be given to SDVOSB. The NAICS Code is 339112; the size standard is 1000 Employees. Note, Interested SDVOSB and VOSB s Offerors must be listed and registered in Vetbiz.gov to be considered for Award.
This combined synopsis solicitation is for the purchase of a Led Lights listed above in paragraph one and below in the DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT section. Responses shall be on an all or none bases, no partial submissions will be accepted. The Government reserves the right to make no award at all.

Equal must meet all of these salient characteristics. Explanation of how Equal meets each salient characteristic must be included with quote.
Contractor shall provide supplies and equipment necessary to provide a fully functional Led Light to the W.C. Bill Young Healthcare System in Bay Pines, FL as defined by these salient characteristics.
