REPLACEMENT OF AIR HANDLING UNITS
THIS IS A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR CONSTRUCTION PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FORMAT IN FAR SUBPART 36, AS SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THIS NOTICE. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS; PROPOSALS ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED.
This construction requirement 1305M219QNCNS-0234 constitutes a Request for Proposal (RFP) and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-02
The National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Ocean Service (NOS), Cooperative Oxford Lab, 904 S. Morris St., Oxford, MD 21654 has a requirement for replacement of two (2) air handling units (AHUs) which are part of an existing HVAC/Geothermal system. The requirement includes all necessary utility improvements and tie-ins, supply of required materials, demolition, insulation, interior finishes, hardware and electric service per the attached plans and specification. The project shall be completed within 90 days of the notice to proceed.
