The purpose of this RFP amendment is to:
a. Amend the verbiage in Section L(a)(8)(vii) from "NO LATER THAN TEN (10) CALENDAR DAYS PRIOR TO THE PROPOSAL DUE DATE" to "NO LATER THAN 13 AUG 2014, 2:00 P.M. CDT".
b. Attach the Eglin AFB Form 90, Eglin Air Force Base Access Affidavit into Section L as Attachment D.
