REPLACE EXISTING GENERATOR B78
This pre-solicitation notice is to inform that the VA Medical Center, Bath, New York will be posting a solicitation on or about April 25, 2017, to Replace Generator, B-78 at the Bath VA Medical Center., Project No. 528A6-16-614EM. Work Shall include:
1. Remove existing generator, day tank, vent piping, emergency conductors, fuel lines and an 800A distribution panel.
2. Install a new 230 KW diesel generator, start/stop panel, day tank, fuel lines, damper and controls for louvers, 800A distribution panel, new conductors from automatic transfer switch from ATS-3 and a start signal conduit and conductors.
3. Upon completion of installation of generator and its associated equipment, ensure proper operation of all building emergency circuits as well as all other electrical and fire detection circuits.
This procurement is 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses . The NAICS code is 238210. The small business standard is $15 M. The cost range is $250,000 to $500,000. Information regarding the one and only site visit scheduled will be stated in the Solicitation. A 20% Bid Bond must be submitted with the bid. Performance and Payment bonds will be required.
