REPLACE 2 TRANSFORMES TO INCLUDE LABOR, MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT
The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Complex, Hazelton, West Virginia intends to issue solicitation 15B12120Q00001C7R, for the requirement of replacement of 2 transformers on site to include labor, materials and equipment. This solicitation is restricted to 100% Small Business, FOB Destination, delivery dates will begin effective date of award through September 30, 2020 (estimated). Deliveries will be made to the Federal Correctional Complex Hazelton, 1640 Skyview Drive, Bruceton Mills, WV 26525. The contract type is a firm-fixed price to a single responsible and responsive vendor. The Government will award to the responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, is considered to be most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered, prices being rated higher than past performance. The solicitation will be made available on or about October 18, 2019, and will be posted to the General Services Administrations Federal Business Opportunities website: http://www.fedbizopps.gov. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is October 24, 2019 by 02:00 pm. Payment will be made using Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).
