REPAIR WATER DAMAGE - HURRICANE IRMA
Homestead (ARB) Air Reserve Base, 482 MSG/PK, at Homestead, Florida has a requirement to perform demolition / repair water damage to bldgs B-160,164,248,249,706,707 & 4068 on Homestead ARB.
The magnitude of construction for this project is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00.
The NAICS code is 562910 with a size standard of $20.5 million. The acquisition is anticipated to be a competitive 100% Small Business set aside. Award will be made based upon the Best Value to the Government in accordance with FAR Part 15.3.
The intent of this project is to perform demolition / repair water damage to bldgs B-160,164,248,249,706,707 & 4068. The contractor will construct this project, in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) dated June 5,2019.
Period of Performance is 160 days after a Notice to Proceed (NTP) is issued. The work covered by this contract consists of, but is not limited to, the furnishing of all labor, services, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision and all miscellaneous requirements needed to perform all operations in conjunction with the effort to accomplish the attached SOW. Proposals from offerors other than Small Business WILL NOT be considered.
A cost breakdown for each Contract Line Item (CLIN) in section B is requested with proposal. Enter price(s) in Section B using a typewriter or black ink.
A 100% Performance Bond and 100% payment Bond will be required prior to issuance of notice to proceed.
Contract must be registered in the System for Award Management (https://www.sam.gov). An award cannot be made to a contractor not registered.
A site visit will be held on 9 September 2019 beginning at 9:00am. Expectged attendees are required to register by emailing kevin.scott.21@us.af.mil no later than 6 September 2019. There shall be no more than two(2) registered parties per contractor. On date of site visit and upon arrival to the main gate contact Kevin L.
